DharmikStone offers spiritual, devotional, and ornamental products, including silver jewellery, pendants, bracelets, gemstones, Rudraksha, and related items. These products are sold as objects of faith, tradition, and personal belief.

Any significance, properties, or benefits associated with our products — including but not limited to references to energy, harmony, attraction, prosperity, protection, well-being, or any spiritual or emotional effect — are described in accordance with traditional beliefs, cultural practices, and folklore, and are provided for informational and devotional purposes only.

We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that any product will produce any specific outcome, result, cure, benefit, or effect. Our products are not medicines, medical devices, or health supplements, are not certified by any government body (including FSSAI or CDSCO) for medical or health claims, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or condition. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and discounts at any time without prior notice.

We accept payments through our authorised payment partner, Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other methods. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Card and banking details entered during payment are processed securely by our payment partner and are not stored by us.

Where a discount or promotional code (such as a prepaid offer) is applied, it is subject to the conditions stated at the time of the offer.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate or incomplete information, unavailability of stock, or errors in pricing. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch, and we reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified.

Shipping timelines, charges, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, and remote locations.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
